GERMAICA IBERIA presenta "La cuenta atrás", un nuevo tema del marbellí ZURI, contribuyendo de nuevo con su ya característico flow aflamencado a la escena Reggae y Dancehall internacional. Esta vez sobre un beat al más puro estilo Dancehall pero con aires del Este "Yu Go! riddim" producido por EMIR "YOUTHMAN" KOBILIC.

Sobra decir que una vez más el artista nos sorprende con su particular forma de entender el género, fusionándolo con tintes aflamencados y más cercanos que nunca a la más que evidente influencia del mundo árabe en la métrica y melodía de su voz que nos conduce, sin duda, a lugares aún por explorar dentro de la experimentación con los diversos estilos de la música de raíz jamaicana.

Este sencillo es además un primer aperitivo del YU GO IBERIA! RIDDIM en el que próximamente tendremos a LITTLE PEPE & IJAH, SHABU, MR. RANGO, NOVATO y LASAI...

ZURI is a Spanish Artist, from the Andalucian city of Marbella, who mixes Flamenco music with Reggae and Dancehall Riddims. 2006 - 2008 he was part of Barcelonean band OJOS DE BRUJO which in 2007 he won the Latin EMI award with. In 2010 he published his first solo album called "Candela" which put him in the front row of Spanish Reggae Artists.

Now he's releasing his first single with the GERMAICA label to show a wider European audience his originality and fusion of different music styles. The infectious "Yu Go! Riddim" produced by Emir "Youthman" Kobilic is the solid base for his love song "La cuenta atrás" ("The countdown"), in which he describes the wait of a lover until he will finally see his lady again.

This single is also the first shot on the forthcoming "Yu Go Iberia!" Riddim featuring artists like LITTLE PEPE & IJAH, SHABU, MR. RANGO, NOVATO or LASAI...
