*Lalazar, Pakistan is a hill station with beautiful meadows.

Don't be put off by the metaphor in the song. Sufi poetry refers to the cup and consequent inebriation in more than the worldly sense. Alcohol is a mere temporary escape, and therefore useless. This song refers to Divine Intoxication...of being permanently lost to the creation and wholly enchanted by the Creator.
