Raphael Top-Secret : When he isn’t trawling the flea markets of his native Paris or his home in Brussels discovering those obscure party hits that never were, notorious digger Raphaël Top-Secret can be regularly heard rocking some of the best underground parties in both cities and beyond as far away as Tokyo and Montreal.

Not afraid to push the boundaries of club music, as a DJ Raphaël Top-Secret can be heard moving effortlessly between everything from oddball Euro Boogie, Caribbean synth bangers to flamenco tinged Italo.

With highly sought after edits of some of his record finds on labels such as Macadam Mambo and Noncollective.

Antinote :
Founded in 2012 in Paris’ 11th arrondissement Antinote was originally intended for issuing tracks recorded by Gwen Jamois (aka Iueke), in the 1990s. Antinote could have follow a clear path by releasing other techno tracks Iueke kept on cassettes in his Parisian flat, but its founders decided to release Syracuse’s light pop instead.
The following releases kept on blurring lines: Geena’s explosive house, synth music from Nico Motte (who is also the man behind all the sleeves of the label under the alias Check Morris) or Stéphane Laporte’s emotional ambient... hard to find out what would be Antinote’s new record by looking at its previous releases.
Since then, its boss, Quentin Vandewalle (aka Zaltan) keeps on doing his thing, releasing whatever his bunch of talented Parisian friends want to record. In order to cultivate this eclectism, Zaltan is also keen on keeping an eye on – yet – unknown artists that try to do music differently.
