Debut release on Piston for Yusuke Yamamoto aka Freischwimmer with his three track "Sun Shower EP". Yusuke is a contemporary house music producer and DJ currently based in Kyoto, Japan. His authentic sound remains universal and independent of trends and periods. He runs his own label Vacances Records and has seen release on many other labels including Oasi Lab, Houseworx, City Life, Ibiza House Hotspot and more. His tracks are supported by a lot of big DJs including Luciano, Claude VonStroke, D'julz, Anthony Collins and Moodymanc to name a few. He also recently debuted on Eyepatch Recordings with "Yellow Edge".

We kick off with the title track "Sun Shower", right from the off we get a superb cut of relentless deep house grooves. Super smooth rhythms are built up with a fine arrangement while a rich vocal sample gives that deeper edge. Fantastic chords dominate the sound throughout making this track a serious must have for any set.

"Purple Bouquet" is up next, nice and cool intro with the percussions gaining dominance and solidifying the rhythms. The bassline sits perfectly behind a continuous drone that draws you in ever closer as it transforms its shape. On the short break the track drops right down before the chunky kicks thump us back into this wonderful deep groove, great stuff.

"Broken Piano" rounds up this EP in style. The kicks are punchy and will have any bass bin quaking! The groove builds slowly as the percussions come through alongside a wonderfully lush bassline. Perfectly formed house keys are the big focus with a slight detuning effect suggesting a broken piano as the title professes, this adds huge character to the track and will sit well in any set.
