DESCRIPTION:
World premiere by jazz pianist/composer Daniel Kelly that incorporates recorded interviews with Flushing community members on the topics of daily life, culture & immigration. Rakonto (story in Esperanto) uses these personal histories as the basis for an imaginative ode to the people of Flushing.
