I was reading splintered fiction
Through my broken spectacles
Wearing concrete clothes
Smelling chemical roses
The book that I was reading
caught on fire in my hand
Didn't understand
Fire is a word
Word

Aging daily paper colours coming true with age
Spilling ink in shame
To the innocent ocean
Visualizing silence
Pure truth cannot be heard
Unwritten books don't burn
Fire is a word
Fire is a word
Words
Do not hurt

Chisel a concrete halo
See no angels, hallowed echo
Question posers
How does a garden grow?
Sown in a bulldozed row
Choked with drones
Workers become
Stung with pain full real eyes
Sadist factions swarm
On leathered wings
Soaring in the eyes of twins
Golden locust feast on harvest
Reaper for heartless bastards
Feed the crowd butchered doubt
Not much meat
Where the brains fell out
Of favour with the gilded children
Silver-tongued pig iron pilgrims
Finger licking
Tastes like metal
Even a heathen
Believes in the devil
Rails and conveyor belts
Get looped in a noose
Watch features swell
By any other name
Place on your grave
Smell dead petals
Incineration rose hell
