Removing rotten structural wood and cladding and installing new structural frame and new cladding.
including Posts, top plate, and rafter end repairs.
Also adding water protective concrete low wall to protect cladding and structural frame from water and damp.
Finally varnishing wood
building supporting wall for extra post support and and support wall to enclose side door section.
