Rub A Duck 003

Wetdog presents a brand new release on the Rub A Duck imprint, featuring the titles "Dopamine" and "Drunk Girls Eating Tosti's".

The producer duo Wetdog is known for a contemporary and alternating view on electro-techno music. Their mix of raw and penetrating sounds -which gradually bring you towards a towering climax- offers an enormous amount of variation in a single track. "Dopamine" of course is the best example here. Hard and straight-up four to the floor beat programming immediately takes off with a fast paced bassline. Once the theme of "Dopamine" sets in, the guys open all the registers on their synths and add frantic sweeps that will hype up every true electro-techno live set.

The second track here is "Drunk Girls Eating Tosti's", another trademark Wetdog cut. This time the beats pave the way for a slightly more club aimed production. One thing will be clear from the moment the theme of "Drunk Girls Eating Tosti's" sets in: the music truly fits the title perfectly. We get to enjoy a deliriously programmed chorus line, played by layer upon layer of hammering synths. It gives the entire single an enormous drive that will work perfectly as the climax of every DJ's live performance. Wetdog managed to deliver the perfect example that a tight blend of techno, electro and a little bit of house can create a killer hit!
