The Blind

Combining the atmospherics of Radiohead and Pink Floyd and the pop sensibilities of The Shins, The Beatles and The Police, The Blind plays a unique strain of progressive pop, filled with intense dynamics and subtle melody and harmony.



Formed in 2006 in San Francisco’s East Bay, Klaus Larson (guitar, vocals), Derek Jones (guitar), Sam Larson (bass), and Ricky Ybarra (drums, backing vocals), quickly attracted a local following for their music, based off of their frequent release of new studio material and their high-energy live show. The Blind released their first EP “Of Kings and Cannons” in November of 2007, quickly following it up with another handful of studio singles and B-sides.



Also, The Blind has a Facebook group called "We Love The Blind." It has proven to ba a very good way to send info out to friends and fans. Please join it if you have a Facebook account.
