My first trip to Phuket, Thailand - Video
PUBLISHED:  May 23, 2016
DESCRIPTION:
This is a video blog chronicling my first trip to Phuket, Thailand. For the entire story see my blog post: http://nipsandtips.com/featured/first-trip-phuket-thailand/

I started off in Phuket at the LifeCo Resort, a wellness and detox resort. When I was first introduced to the LifeCo properties, I looked on their website to get an idea of what they were all about but my actual experience was far above what I expected and was one I will never forget. For more on the actual resort check out my blog post on it: http://nipsandtips.com/travel/lifeco-resort-experience-phuket-thailand/

I always like to pack the bare minimum, partially because I hate checking luggage and partially because I don’t like to lug things. Besides the beauty essentials, this is literally all I packed:

3 very light fabric dresses from one of my favorite brands, Young Restless and Broke: http://rstyle.me/n/bqsp69bsivf

2 pairs of shorts (white and black) from Free People: http://rstyle.me/n/bqsp85bsi

2 pairs of yoga pants (elevate leggings and an airbrushed yellow pair) & 2 sports bras (Show stopper bra & Lush strappy back sports bra) from Alo Yoga: http://rstyle.me/n/bqsqavbsivf

1 sleeveless t-shirt in white from N Philantrophy: https://www.nphilanthropy.com/

1 strapless romper from Forever 21: http://rstyle.me/n/bqsqj5bsivf

Black Nikes: http://rstyle.me/n/bqsqndbsivf

2 sandals from Bedstu: http://rstyle.me/n/bqscu2bsivf

Everything fir in my carry on bag that I bought from Ross and all my camera equipment and computer when in my backpack.

I brought one small black purse form Liebeskin, a cool brand out of Berlin: http://rstyle.me/n/bqsqnzbsivf
