Weirding Module - Clock Functions quickie - Video
PUBLISHED:  Oct 27, 2011
DESCRIPTION:
Coming close to finalizing the design for this module. I removed a lot of the switching and added some new functions.

The main high frequency voltage controlled oscillator (HFVCO) is split into two parts that control two parts of the state variable filter. The HFVCO portion controls switching rate of the "resistor" elements in the filter. The HFVCO is fed into a 7 bit binary (sub octave) divider that is then fed into R2R ladder which is buffered and sent into a pulse width modulation circuit. The sub octave pulse controls the switching rate of the filters capacitors ( 0% width = off 50% width is half on 100% width is always on). Think of the pulse width control as a blend between low and high settings. It is also voltage controllable.

The only audio source running through this filter is the Malekko's Anti-Oscillator Mayhem output. At certain times during the demo there is self-oscillation for the resonance being fully on.

The allpass filter output is only used.

at 1:24 I switched the aliasing to high

This module will be completed very soon. Hopefully before halloween!
