DESCRIPTION:
Okay, so I'm uploading this just for the fun of it haha. This was from an All-School concert earlier this year. This was the second of two performances and honestly my better of the two, so yay. I just had a ton of fun with the song.

Anyways, funny story about this act. The black dress that I'm wearing. Not mine. The kami I'm wearing. Not Mine. The heart necklace. Not mine either. There were two other soloists just like me in the show. Our director had given us all pink matching dresses, and all the dancers black matching dresses. Well, This was one of 6 acts I was in throughout the entire show, and I totally forgot my pink dress at home in all the mess. I was freaking out like crazy! I had like 4 acts to find a solution. My friend Allie, one of the many dancers, lent me her black dress, and i changed super quick. I ran backstage and then realized that the dress was really low cut, so another soloist, Maddie, lent me her kami. I speed changed in the stairwell, hoping for my life that no men would come in. Then my teacher, Mrs. Potts, lent me her necklace to spice things up and since I was in the middle of the two other soloists it didn't really look strange for me to have a black dress. Perfect outfit in 10 minutes. haha LUCKILY, all the commotion didn't give me time to get nervous. So I went on, just in time, without a butterfly in sight. You may not be able to see it but for the first half of the song, I'm actually singing on a block directly in front of the first row of seats in the theater. Talk about nerve wrecking.

I don't really know what possessed our director to put dancers in this song... It's pretty but i don't think it really fit. I apologize for my hair as well. I would have looked much better if i hadn't gone a crazy escapade 10 minutes before.

I hope you enjoy. Btw, my tumbs up at the end was to the intrumentalist in the pit, Della, Ben, and Roger, who were amazing and tried their best to catch up with me when I butchered the song the night before by coming in 2 measures late after the instrumental break o.O
