Victor Smolski, after entering at the age of 14 years playing with the rock band Pesniary, in 1988 founded this band, Inspector, and releasing one album only, this "Russian Prayer" in 1993, great melodic, raging hard rock, with some great guitar solos and awesome melodies... then, he decided to remain in Germany, where the band toured and produced the cd. first, he entered in the progressive power metal band Mind Odyssey, and then entered also in Rage, started even his solo-career and collaborated with some other bands (Kipelov...) or as producer....
