Michael & Levan and Stiven Rivic made their debut on Movement Recordings in April of 2012 with their 'Violence' track which appeared on the labels Technical Progress Volume 2 Compilation. It was a deeply hypnotic and spacey composition with gorgeous bass textures and sublime chord changes. It stood out as one of the trio's strongest tracks to date and was certainly one of the highlights of 'Technical Progress' Volume 2. Now for the labels 55th overall release we see 'Violence' getting an official single release with 2 new remixes from Marcelo Vasami and Orelse.

The first remix is provided by the Buenos Aires based producer Marcelo Vasami who is making his debut on Movement Recordings here. Marcelo has been regarded as one of the top producers to come out of the massive collective of new school progressive house talent that Argentina has to offer. With appearances on Replug, Subtract, Bermudos and Lowbit Marcelo is a producer that chooses his projects wisely and never over saturates the market with his sound making him constantly in demand. His remix of 'Violence' hits that contemporary progressive house sound bang on the money. An effortlessly floating groove with warm bass tones and softly textured hypnotic lines that seem to flow endlessly and tantalize the senses perfectly. Having already been played by Hernan Cattaneo on his Delta FM Radio Show this one remix you don't want to miss!

The final remix on the package is provided by Orelse who is returning to Movement for his third overall appearance following his 'It's A Dream' original which appeared on the labels 'Technical Progress' Volume 2 compilation. Orelse has provided a great complement to the package with a unique interpretation of 'Violence'. In slowing the tempo down Orelse has crafted an undeniably funky groove that's accented with quirky arps, subtle melodic lines and some powerful metallic hits which only add to the Greek producers amazingly floor friendly composition.
