Victory Amplifiers RD1 Rob Chapman Signature – Official Video - Video
PUBLISHED:  Jan 07, 2016
DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to the official video for the Victory Amplification RD1 Rob Chapman Signature head.

And before anyone asks, no it's not Chappers playing! He said he'd actually like to hear somebody else playing his amp, so we drafted in our friend Richard Barrett to throw down the chops. Chappers has made his own videos if you want to head over to his channel.

Please note there is also the BD1 standard model (non signature). It's exactly the same amp, but finished in black.

The music for this demo was recorded in a studio using the RD1 head through the Victory V212 VV speaker cabinet with Celestion Vintage 30 Speakers. The guitars are a Gibson Derek Trucks Signature SG, Fender John Mayer Stratocaster and Gibson Custom 1958 Les Paul Standard.

The RD1 is designed to be simple yet versatile, so during the demo you'll hear clean and dirty tones, with an Analogman ARDX20 Delay and Caitlinbread Topanga Reverb in the loop for certain parts. The only extra drive is from a T Rex Møller, using the boost side only. It says on screen when that's engaged.
