DESCRIPTION:
Violinist Gabriel Banat with pianist Ilana Vered perform the Violin Sonata No. 2, op. 94 by Sergei Prokofiev.

In 1943, while living in the city of Perm, the composer transformed his Flute Sonata in D at the prompting of his close friend David Oistrakh.
