Dave Pezzner cut his chops as Jacob London with partner Bob Hansen, creating eccentric house and break-beat rhythms. In 2008 Pezzner took to his own studio to begin work on his first solo output composing songs that are more serious, with an abstract artistic sensibility. It wasnt long before Freerange Records scooped up his first two EPs, Other Lover and the epic three-part masterpiece Almost Here, and OM Records signed the follow-up Jouets Fantastiques. Pezzner also has an arsenal of heavyweight remixes lined-up for artists such as Josh Wink, Mark Farina, and Mike Monday. Now that Pezzners stepped out on his own, hes definitely got a lot to say.
