DESCRIPTION:
A percentage of Amador Unified school district staff abuse the children in their care, particularly Special Education Students....this is only one example and more preceded this and more followed it by different staff. I finally got smart and started documenting it. AND THEY GET AWAY WITH IT because people do nothing about it. Parent's you need to take note of this and take steps to watch over and protect your kids. Since this video was created to show to the powers that be within the district, this driver has been fired....but not the other staff that continued this pattern after.

This is of a bus driver sanctioning and participating in the abuse. But if you think it is just a lowly bus driver doing this kind of thing you'd be wrong. If you think it is just THIS student you'd be wrong. My daughter who is a 4.0 gpa student with a medical condition has suffered as well. I, who use a service dog has been horribly targeted too as well as another parent with a service dog I have met whose children go to these schools. We have been repeatedly lied about and lied to because we stand up against the discrimination levied against those that don't fit their "normal" mold.

It's very widespread in this district. If you are not "normal" you ARE a target unless you do exactly as they want you to do and if you can't...you, again, are a target. Parents need to wake up. I have filed complaints all the way up to the California department of education and those involved simply say they didn't do anything and are taken at their word as if they'd tell the truth about their wrongdoing.

My children are completely segregated for their own protection. That's right, no school friends, no dances, no clubs...why? It's not what I wanted...we were forced into this position to ensure the kids are not being abused so they can try to get some kind of an education.

My heart stops frozen as this district allows this to go on with a complete lack of care and bleeds for my children who are just children and more helpless than not.

I may prepare more of what I have as I get the time....I'm now educating two children at home when I have health issues myself. I suspect my time is going to be in very short supply from now on.

PS- Ian been monitored and followed by a doctor for quite some time now about this odor thing they allege...and the conclusion has been reached after consistent monitoring that Ian is doing everything right and doesn't actually have an offensive odor day to day- the only people that can manage to find such a thing is those within the school district arena. Even when I take him straight to the dr within an hour of such an allegation (without changing a single thing about how he is at the time of the allegation and without those doing it knowing that is what i am doing), the doctor curiously can't find any kind of an offensive odor. Even his hairdresser on a day it was alleged he had an offensive odor couldn't find any kind of an offensive odor. Why is it that ONLY those in the school district arena can manage to detect this offensive odor. I smell something really offensive and it is NOT Ian.
