I Funk Off: street band italianissima (Toscana) che va oltre il tradizionale concetto di marching band proponendo una musica trascinante e spettacolare, molto moderna, estremamente coinvolgente sul piano ritmico.

Pensate a una musica in cui si affacciano echi di James Brown e Frank Zappa, fino al puro funk tipo Gorge Clinton.
Il gruppo toscano, che ha esordito a Umbria Jazz nel 2003, è stato in pratica riproposto quasi tutti gli anni, anche nell' edizione invernale a Orvieto, diventando un' attrazione fissa del festival.

Stesso successo ha riscosso anche all' estero, da Melbourne a New York, dove la band ha partecipato alle iniziative di Umbria Jazz. Il motivo della sua popolarità è perfino banale: è divertente e suona bene, ed il suo senso dello spettacolo riesce a rivitalizzare un genere secolare.
