Conrad Paumann (1410-1475)
Famous blind organist & lutenist of the renaissance born in Nuremberg. Paumann wrote a very important book on organ playing called "Fundamentum Organisandi" in 1452, in which this piece is contained.
I have scored my version for two guitars here, as much early music lends itself to lutes readily.
I am using VIR2's Acoustic Legends for the guitars as they are the most natural sounding that I have come across to date. However a Hauptwerk organ version would be very much fun indeed as well. If you like the piece drop me a line and I can send you the midi file and if you have Sonar, the .cwp file too. Cheers
