Rehabing My Arm/Shoulder VIA Scratching - Video
PUBLISHED:  Mar 30, 2011
DESCRIPTION:
I had this surgery where they cut my tendon off at the shoulder and reattached it higher up by drilling holes in my bone and suturing/anchoring it to the bone. In addition to that they cut off a bone spur and repaired some cartilage damage. I was on oxys and the rehab nurse said to start moving the arm but no lifting so I figured I'd rehab it by scratching. My fader hand is the side that was operated on and it feels so much slower than it used to be. There are quite a few scratches I couldn't even do anymore and overall it sounded sloppy but Ill get back to normal eventually.
