「Kussyさん、ちょっと今回は無理ですわ（笑）」
約二週間ぶりに近くの公民館まで電気が通った時、真っ先にそんな電話をしました。４月に迫ったコンピレーションCDの参加締切。楽曲がそれに間に合わないことを伝えるためです。テレビなどの報道から隔絶されていた僕たちは、自分自身が置かれている状況を客観的に把握できていなかったのかもしれません。
数日後、映像作家の大月壮さんとFragmentのKussyさん、deiiさんが石巻を訪れます。iPhoneのボイスレコーダーに収められた僕たちのアカペラは、大月さんの映像と、Fragmentのビートを纏い、瓦礫と泥を背負って歩き出しました。North East Complex part 3.11です。
５年経った４月。更地だらけの街でも、それなりの日常は地震を非日常のものとするには充分でした。九州で震度７だったらしい。ピンぼけした記憶が直線に繋がり、胸騒ぎが脳を沸騰させます。deiiさんの実家、確か熊本だ。ペンが走るのにさして時間はかかりませんでした。
これは、僕たちにとって二回目の売名行為です。恩返しの共犯者になってください。

楽団ひとり

【解説】2011年の東日本大震災、電気復旧もままならない3月下旬の石巻にて録音され、その後術ノ穴からデジタル配信された楽曲「North East Complex part 3.11」。今再び、石巻から熊本・大分・九州へエールを送るべく、楽団ひとりとKick-0-manによって息を吹き込まれる。楽曲の売上は、ビートを製作したFragmentのdeii氏を通して、全額熊本に還元されます。
これは、僕たちにとって二回目の売名行為です。恩返しの共犯者になってください。

The application deadline for the compilation CD was approaching to the April, so I called him like that, to tell the music won't complete in time, when the power's back on to the community center nearby for the first time on the last two weeks.

Maybe, we couldn't objectively get the situation where we put in because we were isolated from the media.

After few days later, Videographer So Otsuki, Kussy from the Fragment and Mr. deii went to Ishinomaki. Our a cappella recorded in the iPhone with the video made by Otsuki and the Fragment's beat, started walking forward with the debris and dirts on its back. That's the North East Complex Part 3.11.

April, five years later, our life became so normal with a vacant lot made by Tsunami. We could even feel a little happiness in daily life, and day by day the earthquake and the feelings that we were holding at that time getting far from our lives.

Something happened. Seems a magnitude 6.5 earthquake hit Kyushu. Blurred memories connected straight ahead to the day, and my brain heated by uneasiness. Think Mr. deii's hometown was Kumamoto. I didn't take so long to run the pen.

This is the second time of our publicity stunt.
Let us be an accessory to the "Ongaeshi".

From Ishinomaki to Kumamoto, Oita and all places in Kyushu, GakudanHitori and Kick-O-man bringing "North East Complex part 3.11" to life again to cheering up them. Sales of the song will be all given to Kumamoto by Mr. deii from Fragment who made the beats of the song.
