"Inspiring A New Wave of Asian Metal"



TRINITY MUSIC GROUP is a story of passion, sincerity and progression. Its humble beginning started with the intention of helping the Hong Kong metal scene to flourish and to supply local bands with references to enhance the quality of their music and to expand their influences thus a small mail order selling CDs to the hungry Hong Kong metal scene was established in December of 1999. With the overwhelming reaction that it received the small mail order was turned into a metal store which made it a lot easier not only to Hong Kong local metal maniacs but also to scenesters from nearby South East Asian countries to purchase quality metal CDs.



The positive feedback that it received and the realization that it can do more than distributing CDs, TRINITY RECORDS was formed shortly with the mission of helping Asian metal bands to get their music out and be heard. Its very first signing was the melodic death metallers DEATHGUY from Thailand and from there on it never stop discovering and gambling on talented and passionate metal bands not just from Asia but also from lesser known but like minded metal acts from Europe and America as well.



Being known of not fearing of taking risks and always thinking of taking the label to new heights, it started license releasing bands they love from industry titan Century Media and Firebox Records in 2005 which cemented their position stronger in the Asian metal community.



With the addition of TOMAHAWK METAL FEST (Trinity’s concert/show promotion arm) and a webstore to its arsenal, TRINITY’s goal of pushing the “New Wave of Asian Metal” to worldwide recognition is already at hand.
