DESCRIPTION:
Alexei Meshkov aka nooncat was born in the old beautiful Russian city of Smolensk. In 1989 he moved to Moscow; and studied from 1990 until 1993 at the Moscow Medical Academy. In 1994 he became a very popular underground clothes designer with the support of the legendary Ptyuch magazine. Alex started to perform as a DJ in1996 and pretty soon was hosting his own radio shows at the radio stations "SubStation" followed by "2000 radio" and then "Dynamite FM". Today he is a resident DJ at the Mix club, and regularly plays in other venues like Phlegmatic Dog, Rynda Party and more. His previous releases were out on German labels as Treibstoff, Konvex-Konkav, Salo, Trapez, and in Russia - on Citadel Rec.
