DESCRIPTION:
Based in Chicago, Stave is the solo project of Jonathan Krohn who also collaborates with Karl Meier under the moniker Talker, who feature on the upcoming Downwards 20th Anniversary compilation.

The Trust EP is the Second Stave release following the Reform LP for FSS. Its an exercise in precision and spacialization, with isolated electronics and icy beats producing a grisaille of vaporized metals. Tracks move from disembodied murk and blunted pulses to sustained forcefulness. Touch points include techno, ambient and industrial predecessors, all bent gravitationally towards a dark, cold and unsettling soundworld.

This is a vinyl only release and comes with digital copies of the tracks on the 12" plus additional tracks 'Break' and a alternate version of 'Erox'. EP includes a remix of tower 9 by Israel Vines.
