"Buy This!" is the last cassette demo by Reel Big Fish. It was released in 1994 shortly after "Return of the Mullet." There were changes in the line-up, most notably the new additions of Dan Regan and Tavis Werts, who would both become long term members. The demo is quite short, and features no material that was not eventually re-recorded.

"Why Do All Girls Think They're Fat?" was re-recorded for "Everything Sucks" and "Monkeys for Nothin and the Chimps for Free."
