Video description of replacing a purge valve solenoid on a 2010 Chevrolet Traverse with a 3.6 L V6 engine. This solenoid going bad as a result of after filling the vehicle with fuel, you might get two to three hard starts that will not allow the vehicle to start. Replacing this solenoid is usually a good indication of the problem being alleviated. This is opposed to replacing the Vapor canister purge that is located at the back of the vehicle where you fuel it up. If the vapor canister purge valve on the back of the vehicle is was bad, it would cause the pump at the gas station to be shutting off repeatedly because the vapors from the fuel were not being properly purged while fueling.
