Frankfurt rocks: Legendary German Rock band Ton Steine Scherben Family perform "Feierabend", written by Rio Reiser and RPS Lanrue @ Das Bett, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, on December 1, 2011. Lead vocals are sung by Nikel Pallat who was Ton Steine Scherben's "Mann für die Moneten" (Man for the money) and whose claim to fame is trying to trash a table in a West German TV program called "Ende offen" on December 3, 1971 (WDR-TV) as a statement against the exploitation of musicians. He blamed Ohr / Brain Records head honcho Rolf-Ulrich Kaiser serving the industry and not the counter culture / oppressed. Also participating in the discussion were Bodo Albes (manager of German band Frumpy), Conny Veit (member of German Krautrock band Gila resp. Popol Vuh).

Nikel Pallat also played saxophone on various Scherben songs.

The 12 bar Blues "Feierabend" appeared on the 1972 Ton Steine Scherben album "Keine Macht für niemand".
