music is noise, it can be annoying, grinding, peaceful, sad, mad, hypnotic, hectic or whateverwelcome to my world -
tommynoise is my current solo project, self produced, self written/performed original metallic music. i start by taking my drums to a rehearsal studio and record drum tracks with my stand alone tascam 2488 recorder. then take the recorder to my apartment and track guitars, bass, vocals and whatever the hell else the song might need. i have a unique way of writing tunes. when i play drums i have no song structure in my head, that way when i play back the drum track it forces me to play guitar riffage that fits over the drums. kind of like when the teacher drew a squiggly line on the page and you had to make something out of it. i'm open to have other players, vocalists record over my noise but i often seem to find myself doing everything. i have also included a time line of bands i've played with from the begining to most recent. my favorite beer is budweiser, olympia and hamm's but sometimes my favorite beer is just plain ass "cold"
