DESCRIPTION:
My aquarium (180 l) came from a secondhand shop in the nearby area. When I bought it the plants had died because the lights were never off. When I visited the shop I often brought them some live bloodworms as a present. Often the Koi goldfish and the scalares just circulated the water in apathy, as there was nothing except white gravel that could give them some stimulation.
When the shop closed, I asked if i twas possible if I could buy the aquarium and its inhabitants They immediately said yes, knowing I would take my best care of them.
When I got it home the first thing I did was to buy a new SILENT filter for them, as the other sounded like a small plane engine.
Also I bought plants, roots (always wash these before putting them in the aquarium) , and made sure the water had a good PH .
This is what happened after :)
