Heathers is one of those shows that is not only wildly entertaining, but also incredibly important and intensely real. It definitely had a deep impact on both of us. So... we're doing sort of a backwards-broadway-miscast series with Heathers. Seventeen is one of those songs that is applicable to anyone who is stuck in the middle of growing up. We want to change the world in big impossible ways, but we forget to be kids while we still can. That and murder. It's also about murder.
