Timbaland revealed that he has a song in the works that addresses his fallout with Jay-Z, in which he apologizes to Hov.

Throughout the many interviews we've seen from both Timbaland and Jay-Z leading up to, and following the release of Magna Carta Holy Grail, we've learned that they were not on good terms until shortly before the recording process. While it's clear that the duo have a good relationship once again, Timbaland has expressed that he still feels regret about the fallout the two experienced, and has now revealed that a song on his upcoming album will directly address that conflict.

Timbo revealed that the song will be titled "Sorry," and will feature Keri Hilson. While Tim's verse serves as an apology to Jay, Keri will actually apologize to his wife, Beyonce, who she dissed in a 2009 record, singing "Your vision cloudy if you think that you the best/ You can dance, she can sing, but need to move it to the left."

Tim went into more detail in describing his verse on the song. "In my verse, I'm saying, 'We cop the same Range, we talk to the same dames, same thangs, same lane. Now we see each other, don't even speak. That's fucked up. I missed your 40th and that hurt me so deep. Accept my apology, my apology, nigga please.'" he said.

The producer compared the emotional depth of the song to the work of Tupac. "The hook says, 'I think this business make a nigga do strange thangs...' All I wanna say, why can't a nigga can't say sorry? Why can't a nigga just tell another nigga sorry? It's deep."
