DESCRIPTION:
"Throb" is one of Janet Jackson's most sizzling--and certainly one of the most sexually explicit. ("DJ, make me wet...") It's also one of my very, very favorites from Miss Jackson.

The filthy-minded club cut was originally featured on 1993′s iconic janet. and, despite not being properly released as a single (the song was only serviced to radios), "Throb" still managed to climb to #66 on the Hot 100, as well as #2 on the Hot Dance Club Play charts in 1994 (largely due to the David Morales mixes.)

Fast forward to 2013, and the banger's been dealt a heavy House makeover by the prolific Peter Rauhofer, converting the horn-happy original into a bug-eyed, Ecstasy-addled 4 AM circuit party raver. The moans, coos and naughty commands sound crystal clear above the dark pulsations, and the new flourishes of production--including those stinging chords 5 minutes into the track--give the track a whole new, nasty feel.

Nothing could ever touch the original, but this re-rub one ought to have enough unffff to make you burst. Get busy.
