The Widow's Mansion by Paul Cardall was commissioned and inspired by #1 New York Times best-selling author Richard Paul Evans for his novel, "The Christmas Box" - It's the story of a lonely widow who is still grieving the loss of her little girl even in her old age. Each December 6th the widow placed a love letter to her daughter on the grave.

Shortly after receiving a heart transplant in 2009, Paul established an endowment at Salt Lake Community College that awards annual scholarships for students affected by congenital heart disease.
