DESCRIPTION:
Just a quick demo of the 4046 ic set up as vco ala Slacker. I ave a couple of oscillators going into an R/2R ladder and that combined output goes to the vco's input. Final output goes to my mixer which is testing a simple amp. More complex blips and bleeps can be created by using those oscillators to control other cmos gates/multiplexors/dividers.

Schematic can be found by searching the interweb for slacker vco or scoping out the EM forum.

The amp was a kit from Radio Shack and had been sitting in the To Do Pile for awhile. I think the background noise is really due to the noisy power supply. This willbe addressed if/when I try to incorporate the mini amp within the Lunetta.
