Fresh from the success of their 2011 albums "Midnight Feast of Jazz" and "Remixed Feast of Jazz", Nick Pride and The Pimptones land on Badass 45 Records with this cheeky 7". The single features reworkings of two classic tunes. Massive Attack's "Unfinished Sympathy" is transformed into a sweet Stax-style love song with the help of Susan Hamilton on guest vocals. It's quite a departure from the original, yet still a tribute to an all time favourite.
Meanwhile Grandmaster Flash's "White Lines" gets the deep funk treatment. A brassy horn sections spells out the melody in this easily recognizable instrumental take on a Hip Hop classic.
