The Sweet Ones are a Brooklyn based trio known for their loose style of Rock-and-Roll and unpredictable live show. Influenced by bands like The Minutemen and Modern Lovers and starting out in the DIY house show circuit of the East Coast, The Sweet Ones have given their sound a name: "JUNK ROCK," which is a DIY, fend-for-yourself experimental mash-up of thrown away and underground styles. "We're like that old shelf that never made it to the trash, and you realized you had a use for it in your garage," states singer/guitarist Doug Cote.

The video was inspired by years of working a schlep job to support a music career .. "you wanna be a rocker,? well... that's a lot of shrimp to pass." Sometimes you feel like your getting your ass kicked at work. "Carburetor" was made to show what its like to be a waiter... so next time your at a cocktail party you might Pass on the shrimp tray!
