DESCRIPTION:
The Spys were a Los Angeles based punk rock band. In between Zolar X's The Spys existed from 1977 (off and on - mostly off) to 1981. Ygarr Ygarrist and Rock Bottom wrote all the Spys material; Ygarr writing the music and Rock writing the lyrics. This is why one side of the 2018 collectible vinyl/picture disc, 00X: When Worlds Collide, is the Spys.
