Whew!! So why does he continue after all of this success you ask? Well let me take you back. It starts out simply: as a young child Tony Terry accepted Christ. Although he was saved, he grew into a man that made wrong decisions and whose path took him down a road that was full of depression, doubt, discouragement and fear. There came a time when he felt completely alone and as if he belong. After a stint with drug use, Terry finally hit bottom and the world that he was facing was giving him more than he could handle.

I remember in one of my darkest days, it all of a sudden hit me I forgot my moms birthday! This was more than a forgetful mind it was a revelation to me that no matter what is happening in life, you cant forget your family whether physical family or spiritual family. With that revelation in mind, Terry reached out to God praying for forgiveness and asking for the peace beyond all comprehension to fill his soul and for his steps to be ordered according to Gods will. And with that prayer he was reminded of where his life truly began as a young child accepting Christ.

Tony Terry returned to recording with a new sound and a new album entitled, Changed! He wanted his fans old and new to experience an artist who is willing to give the best the hes got and then some. Changed! was a testament of just that. Featuring blazing tracks such as Praise Him, I Wanna Thank You, Lord and Nobody Like Jesus and soul-stirring songs like Look to the Hills, Jesus to Hold and Come Child.

Now, Tony Terry is back in 2010 with is his first R&B Album in 20 years. Currently signed to CMG Records/CSI/URD, the first single, "Closest Thing To Perfect", from the new project is currently at radio and the CD is being officially released January 12th, 2010 for the public to purchase.

Tony Terry now lives with his wife and child in Atlanta, Ga. It reminds us all that if we just take the time to go back to family our entire lifes course can be changed for the better.
