From Saves The Day, Jimmy Eat World and Rocket From The Crypt to Quicksand. These are some of the bands we state as being an influence on our music. What you get is a mixture of punk rock, posthardcore and rock, a diverse mixture of rocking tunes and emotional depth. What you get is The Package Kid.



We as a band try to explore new horizons when it comes to writing music. We are a band that can appeal to people that have different tastes in music, like punkrock, hardcore, rock, metal, These are all styles we listen to ourselves, and that's why you can find that in our music, too.



The Package Kid are five individuals who love making music together. We even spend more time on writing new stuff than on really rehearse songs we already wrote. I think that breathes our love for music that we all have. So we are in it for those eight notes and all their varieties, we are in it for the beauty of our instruments.
