Renee Heartfelt breathes new life into an old idea that's been corrupted by misuse, oversaturation, and bad records. Do you remember when post-hardcore sounded like Quicksand? It's hard to imagine ex-members of Give Up the Ghost, Count Me Out, and Striking Distance joining forces to create an album that sounds like a Ken Andrews

From the spacy guitar lines and weathered vocals to the immaculate rock production provided by Matt Squire (The Explosion, Static Age) this is a record for fans of Failure and Year of the Rabbit as much as it is for hardcore veterans looking for something more.
