NASHVILLE, TN -- Day Of The Outlaw brings a whole new energy to country/rock music. They mix shades of Southern Rock, Americana, Classic Rock, & Outlaw Country in a fresh way to create a modern, yet familiar, sound. The unique sound of Day Of The Outlaw crosses over genres to bring music lovers of all types together, rockin' side-by-side.

Stewart Eastham (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Spurgeon Dunbar (lead guitar), Allen Jones (drums), and Kim Lee (bass, vocals) each bring their own set of varied influences to forge Day Of The Outlaw's dynamic sound. Kindred spirits brought together in Music City, USA....though originally hailing from California, Pennsylvania, Mississippi, & North Carolina, respectively.

In the year of 2012, Day Of The Outlaw released their album, The Retribution Waltz. Recorded in Nashville, it shows the evolution of the band. Eschewing the high gloss of their previous release, Black Mountain Majesty, the band went for a more stripped down, organic approach to the album's production. Working with producer Jayce Murphy, the album was all about four people playing in a room together — grooving and becoming one, bringing to life this set of songs about love, loss, & redemption.
