DESCRIPTION:
These are students, teachers, and administrators in the El Dorado Union High School District. We formed various groups to play and generally just have fun. This video was made in 1988 at Sunday Times in Placerville, Ca. The proprietors let us play and donated a portion of their dollar intake to the El Dorado High School band for new uniforms. We called our make-shift group "The Offtones" - an appropriate name as you will find out by listening.
