One of the many artists produced by Joe Meek, Glenda recorded 8 singles under his tutelage. "Been Invited To A Party" was originally the b-side to the 1965 single, John D. Loudermilk's "Thou Shalt Not Steal". Written by Joe Meek, this track predates the ska movement in the UK and makes it really hard to sit still. Coulda/shoulda/woulda been a great raver in the mod scene.
