Tuesday, February 16, 2010, the FUTURISTIC MINDFRAME mixtape was released. The fourth mixtape out of The Mystik. Here is some history about The Mystik. Born Adrienne "The Mystik" Perkins on July 14th, 1989 to two great individuals. mom and dad. It seems at the age of 5, I started showing my talents with the wonderful capabilities of drawing. I increased my works further and took art classes to gain better strength at it. In the 8th grade, I started writing lyrics in class because I wanted to make a song. A song about my late aunt, Rose Ella Perkins Evans, who was very dear to me. I had nothing but a cheap stem computer microphone to record myself and my beats were just getting started. My junior year at Starkville High School was the year I made the beat for "U Think U Know Me" and I performed it with Genesis and Jesse "Catastrophe" Hill at the high school talent show. We gained a nice fanbase group and continued our works. This year as I start my junior year in college, I plan to give the world something good for their ears and take my new hit to the clubs, "Jigg For Me". Enhancing my vocabulary is a fun thing to do working at a law office being a receptionist and struggling to make wise decisions as a college student.
