Born Zachary Esters on November 24, 1990, this 18-year old new recording rap artist, Z-FLO, a very talented individual. Originally from Greenville, Mississippi, Z-FLO graduated from Northwest Rankin High School on May 20, 2009 in Brandon, MS, and moved to Winter Park, FL, where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Film Production at Full Sail University. Pegged a child prodigy at a very young age, Z-FLO has been writing poetry ever since he was 7-years old, winning numerous poetry competitions throughout his childhood. It wasn't until age 10, when his mother bought him his first keyboard, that Z-FLO merged his writing skills with his musical talent, listening to music and then playing it by ear. If you listen to the lyrics of his music, they are surprisingly amazing including that he never talks about guns or USES INAPPROPRIATE LANGUAGE!!! As of 2010, Z-FLO has vowed to only use his music for good purposes, experimental attempts, or comedy, spoof, and entertainment purposes only. wait, hasn't he been somewhat doing that anyway?
Z-FLO: "Hi all, and welcome to my page. Currently, on my page, you will find a mixture of some recordings both professionally and unprofessionally recorded, from when I was young (age 15-16), and only a very few recent recordings, including my biggest project "Maybe," which is a suicide prevention song: music video pending release. I brought together 4 genres of music to make this song as influential as possible. I've been through thick and then with song, from producing a music video for it with no budget at all, and, at one point, ironically being banned from a suicide prevention forum. Please support this song by spreading the word and sharing this song with friends; you never know who's thinking about Suicide until it happens. It's soon to be released for purchase on iTunes, but anyone can listen to the song for free by visiting this MySpace page.
As for my older songs, they're not always "heavenly," but if you've listened to my music you've noticed that no matter how young I was, in my music I've never cursed, sworn, or promoted the use of guns or drugs. You can find a lot of my older non-professionally recorded songs (produced by me) at www.soundclick.com/zflo. If I remember correctly, you should be able to download them for free. Other than that, thank you all for your support, and I'll continue to make life-changing hits. 'Maybe' is only the beginning!" :)
