The Junkman's Choir Are A 2 man band that play in a way you don't hear everyday big mix of cajun /country/rockinblues/some twists and turns on the works of Rabbie Burns and
with some waltzs, jigs an reels thrown in for good measure.
The original members are Johnny Gator and Davie Feartie who have been writing songs together since the 90's . Their debut album - "Howlin' Heavin Shanties" was recorded with the mysterious Pama Dice on guitar and Mr Luggs on percussionThis line up remained intact for near to two years - touring in Germany, London and their native Scotland. When the time came to record another album, Pama Dice pulled his cloak over his face and vanished and Mr. Luggs was forced to take a hiatus due to other commitments. A 15 year old schoolboy Lou Garoux was drafted in to play percussion on 2nd album Steel Linin Chant. Now ladies and gentleman, children of all ages - the Junkmen are a 2 man band with Guitar /Bass /Drums and accordian .Look out for them on the street, on a stage, anywhere they can find stomping out their steel-toed rhythm and geein' it laldy.
