DESCRIPTION:
The tune Triple Digit Outlaw isn't even 10 months old but its really become quite the roadhouse rocker. It started out a butt-naked-feelings piece about some poor scootertramp on the run. This outlaw biker somehow thinks hes gonna be alright blastin through Lakeside at 100+ mph.. Hes just tryin to get through Lakeside and up Wildcat Cyn to the casino. On the run, on a Harley... Hes gambling his freedom his luck might last just one more night....

The first version was played by Slim Crowbar & The IOUS. A side project for Joey Harris, Scottie Blinn and Tom Essa. Three journeymen musicians blowin off some steam, away from their main projects. The IOUS, a bare bones three piece guitar, bass and drums, it gave TDO a humble beginning.

Not two months later, Scottie and Toms main project, The Mississippi Mud Sharks adopted TDO and brought it along on their 30 date, 5 country 2009 European tour. Mudshark frontman Scottie Blinn and drummer Tom Essa say their version of the tune has a more gut-bucket-blues edge than the original both men also play on.. The Mudsharks did perform TDO on all thirty Euro dates, giving Triple Digit Outlaw some cool international exposure.
