Alabama Music Office.com goes to New Orleans to attend a performance by Preservation Hall Legacy Band at JEN (Jazz Educators Network) 2017. We attend thanks to Ray Reach.
The Preservation Hall Legacy Band is the premier ensemble of the most tenured artists from the greater Preservation Hall Collective. Each performer bears a unique connection to the earliest practitioner of jazz itself, some by bloodline, but all are united by the sheer power of tradition.
