DESCRIPTION:
The song takes us for a ride on an old train, on a Karozzin (horse drawn carriage) and to the festivities of Mnarja. At the end, they take us for a drink in a pub.

The Greenfields started in 1970 as a Trio. Unfortunately after some years, Charles passed away and Joe and Carmen Tanti continued as a duo and sang many Maltese Folkloristic songs mostly penned by Joe himself.

The Greenfields sang along various international stars in open air or indoor concerts held in Malta from time to time. Among these, in cabaret with the international star, Rolf Harris, in shows given by the top Italian TV dancer Don Lurio, the British pop group, The Brotherhood of Men, Italian singer Carmen Villani and the folk group The McCalmans. They were also the only supporting act for Raffaella Carra', the Italian showgirl's four shows in Malta and Gozo in May 1977, and for the internationally acclaimed vocal group The Platters during their shows in Malta in January 1978.

The Greenfields have also taken part in many song festivals and contests both in Malta and abroad and were among the winners in a good majority of them. Last but not least, besides performing extensively in Malta and Gozo, The Greenfields have proudly sang their Maltese compositions in more than nineteen different countries.
